- 的 online Human Resource Development for Higher Education 和 Industry Program combines a core curriculum with directed electives that can support the student's work background or allow the student to develop specialized areas of expertise. Content of the major is based on the disciplines of education, 业务, 心理学, 和 related behavioral sciences. Required studies in the major are drawn from the competency studies from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), formerly known as the American Society of Training 和 Development, 和 the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
