报税表
如果你正在读这一页, you should have been notified that the 学生资助办公室 needs additional information to continue processing your application for aid.
学生 may provide financial information by logging back into the Free Application for Federal Student 援助 (FAFSA) and selecting the option for "IRS Data Retrieval." Alternatively, the IRS provides a tax return transcript upon request. 说明如下.

The IRS Data Retrieval Tool allows students and parents to access the IRS tax return information needed to complete the Free Application for Federal Student 援助 (FAFSA), and transfer the data directly into their FAFSA from the IRS.

- 点击 the Make Corrections link at the bottom
- After creating a save key, click the Financial Information tab at the top
- 点击 "Already filed taxes" and answer the questions. If eligible, you will be given a link that says "Link to IRS."
- You will be redirected to the IRS website. 提交相关财务资料, making sure that it matches what you filed on your federal tax return. Dependent students will be required to provide parent information as well.
- Check the box that says "Transfer my Information to the FAFSA.点击提交. You will be redirected back to the FAFSA.
- 复习最后一页. 点击 NEXT again, then click "I agree" after reading through the terms and conditions. 单击SUBMIT. The next page will show your confirmation number.
- Allow 3-5 business days for the item to show as received in your portal, then up to 14 business days for processing once your file is complete.

* * *另外, students or parents who filed their tax returns electronically within the last three weeks, or through the 邮件 within the last eleven weeks, might need to either enter their tax return information manually or return at a later date to transfer their tax return information into the FAFSA, as their tax return information might not be available for transfer from the IRS.
如果你是 ineligible or otherwise choose not to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to retrieve tax information, 你有两个选择:

- Submit a signed copy of your 2017 IRS form 1040, or your parent’s 2017 IRS form 1040. Only submit the 2 page 1040 form with at least one signature at the bottom of page 2.

重要的信息!

- Enter the date of birth of the f国税局t person listed on the 1040.
- Enter your street address as it appears on the 1040.

- Enter the Social Security Number of the f国税局t person listed on the 1040, and confirm that you have entered the SSN correctly.
- Verify your address by entering only the house number. Do not include letters, fractions or street names.
- Listen to an explanation of the different types of Tax Transcripts.
- Select Option 2: "To Receive a Transcript of your Tax Return."
- Enter the appropriate tax year (see chart).
- A tax transcript will be 邮件ed to your home address.
- Once you receive your 报税表, make a copy for your records. 写 student's name and University ID Number on the transcript before submitting a copy of it to the ISU财政援助办公室.

bc菠菜导航 recommends that students selected for verification submit all requested documents by 7月1日. This allows adequate time for completing verification before bills are due for the fall semester.
